This panel of seasoned litigators, judges, and valuation experts will discuss the use of valuation experts in business and commercial disputes including retaining valuation and damages experts, conducting discovery and developing an expert report, and examining expert witnesses in depositions and trials. The panel will also discuss techniques utilized by valuation experts in commercial disputes.
