The program will focus on bankruptcy and insolvency related issues relevant to all practitioners—regardless of experience level. Among other things, it will include discussion of issues young lawyers, not typically engaged in core bankruptcy or insolvency practice, may encounter. It will also include a discussion of “hot button” issues experienced professionals might consider, including for non-bankruptcy deals and litigation. In addition to highlighting common concerns, the panelists will also discuss potential strategies to mitigate risks.
