The Eleventh Circuit decision in Fearless Fund enjoined Fearless from proceeding with an award program limited to Black female entrepreneurs. We will discuss the effect of this decision on the Fearless Fund and on similar not-for-profits whose mission is to assist historically underserved persons and examine alternative avenues for identifying and assisting such persons other than Title VII categories. We will also here about initiatives in the San Diego area aimed at underserved entrepreneurs.
