Five Tips for Happy Working From Home

1.      START THE DAY WITH A MORNING ROUTINE

  • Meditate
  • Do some yoga or exercise
  • Journal
  • Set positive intentions for the day

2.      CREATE AWELCOMING WORK FROM HOME SPACE

  • Declutter
  • Light some candles/incense
  • Decorate (with art, photos, flowers, etc.)

3.      TAKE REGULAR BREAKS

  • Move a little/stretch
  • Stay hydrated
  • Go out for some fresh air

4.      STAY SOCIAL

  • Pick up the phone and talk to colleagues
  • Talk to friends/family

5.      SET A CLEAR END TO THE WORK DAY

  • Close and put away your computer
  • Stop reading emails
  • Do something to “break” the day
