Sarah M. Ennis, associate with Morris James LLP in Wilmington, Delaware, recently joined Morris James LLP, and practices in the business bankruptcy and creditors’ rights group. Sarah represents Chapter 11 debtors, insurers in all facets of bankruptcy-related issues, creditors’ committees, liquidating trustees, trade creditors and financial institutions, purchasers of assets, and both plaintiffs and defendants in numerous avoidance actions, including preference and fraudulent transfer actions.

Thomas A Muccifori, shareholder with Archer & Greiner PC in New Jersey celebrated his 35th anniversary year with the firm this year which began with a summer associate position in 1984 while attending Rutgers Law School. Tom became a shareholder in 1994, was named Chair of the Trade Secret Protection & Noncompete Practice Group in 1999 and is celebrating that group’s 20th anniversary as the first firm in New Jersey to form a practice group dedicated to the handling of all the legal issues which arise in drafting, negotiating, counseling and litigating non-disclosure, nonsolicit, noncompete and anti-piracy agreements, and all other claims that arise when a side switching employee departs to join a competitor.

Hon. Elizabeth Stong, Bankruptcy Judge, Eastern District of New York, will receive the American Bar Foundation Outstanding State Chair award at the ABA Midyear Meeting, and with the help of Committee stalwarts, including Heidi Staudenmaier, ran her first marathon, the New York City Marathon, in November 2019.

Andrew M. Toft, Of Counsel with Hoffman, Nies, Dave & Meyer, LLP, in Denver, Colorado, recently joined Hoffman, Nies, Dave & Meyer, LLP, in Denver, CO, as Of Counsel. The firm’s services cover a range of areas involving transactions and litigation, including business transactions, tax matters, estate and business succession planning, employment matters, family law, criminal law, and pending or impending litigation.

Michael W. Ullman, Principal at Ullman & Ullman, P.A., recently served in an advisory role at the International Factoring Association’s 2020 Senior Executives meeting in Guanacaste, Costa Rica to address cutting edge issues involving factoring, supply chain financing and asset-based lending.
