The Consumer Bankruptcy Committee and the Bankruptcy Committee of the Young Lawyers Division of the ABA Business Law Section will be conducting the seventh part of its eight-part webinar series entitled “The Basics of Consumer Bankruptcy,” on March 28th, 2018 at 12:00 pm ET. The series is co-sponsored by the Consumer Financial Services, Pro Bono and Young Lawyer Committees.

The series will provide an overview of consumer bankruptcy issues for both the non-bankruptcy and beginning bankruptcy practitioners alike, ranging from a broad overview of consumer bankruptcy to discussions of the various consumer bankruptcy chapters, related topics and practice tips.  While we hope that ABA members will attend each of the webinars, each of the topics are independent, with all of the webinars accessible on the ABA website if you cannot attend.

The seventh topic is entitled “THE NUTS AND BOLTS OF BANKRUPTCY LITIGATION & PRACTICE POINTS” and will discuss the basics of bankruptcy litigation followed by a presentation of a hypothetical adversary proceeding.  Please join us on March 28, 2018 at 12:00 pm ET for the seventh installment.
