The Housing Finance Subcommittee of the Consumer Financial Services Committee is presenting a non-CLE webinar titled, “An Overview of the Practice of Consumer Collection Law.” This program from the Subcommittee’s monthly webinar series takes place on Wednesday, November 13 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.

Program Description
This session will take an in-depth look at the practice of consumer collection law and examine why creditors use attorneys to collect consumer debt, the protections provided consumers in the debt collection process and the unique challenges facing consumer collection attorneys (and their clients) by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB).
