Today the Housing Finance Subcommittee of the Consumer Financial Services Committee is presenting a non-CLE webinar titled, “CFPB’s Mortgage Rules – Ask the Regulators.” This program from the Subcommittee’s monthly webinar series begins at 2:00 p.m. EST.


Program Description: In this session, we will look at the CFPB’s Mortgage Rules – and ask the regulators to comment on them. Thomas Kearney, a senior counsel from the Office of Regulations, Whitney Patross, an attorney from the Office of the Regulations, and Benjamin Olson, from BuckleySandler, and formerly the Deputy Assistant Director for the Office of Regulations will discuss the final mortgage rules, various implementation issues, and how the rules interact. After the presentation, the panel will take questions and discuss the issues raised by the rules.
