This CLE program will provide an introduction to Online Dispute Resolution [ODR] from its initial use as a tool for consumer dispute resolution by e-Commerce pioneers such as eBay and PayPal, to its adoption and widespread use by the international community in the European Union and Asia and most recently as a domestic initiative in US courts through various pilot programs in public courts.
