In M&A transactions, there are an infinite number of things that can cause a deal to fall apart. (You just don't know in advance what one it will be in any given situation.) As a result, it is important to anticipate, identify and remove potential impediments and tripwires as soon as possible. This program will discuss not just some major things that can go wrong, but also some affirmative steps that can be taken to reduce deal friction and avoid blow-ups.
