Financial Covenants: Understanding, Drafting, and Crafting in Commercial Finance

This program will provide an in depth look at financial covenants in commercial finance agreements. The program will include a discussion of the purpose of financial covenants and how they help lenders detect credit deterioration, how to draft and negotiate key financial covenants, what are the important generally accepted accounting principles that lawyers need to know, and some technical aspects relevant to specific industries.
