Legal Ethics for Business Lawyers

Many good business lawyers assume that the ethics codes were designed for the litigation practice and creatures of litigators. In this 90-minute session, two ethics experts will dispel that notion. They will discuss with, and seek feedback from, the audience on such areas as the confidentially pitfalls of information technology, conflicts of interest, negotiation issues, dealing with dishonest clients, communicating with represented parties, and cross-border practice.
