CLE Program | Are your Loan Documents up to Date?—Divisions, Registered and Protected Series and the Like

Participate in a lively discussion of the recent amendments to the Delaware entity laws regarding divisions, and registered and protected series. We will also present some recent legal developments affecting commercial finance. These discussions will emphasize the effects of these laws and developments on loan documentation.

CLE Program | Ethics and Professionalism in the Transactional Context: Ruminations Part 8.5

Learn about updates in developments in the areas of ethics and professionalism with a focus on issues in the transactional practice. In a lively and interactive presentation, they will discuss recent ethical opinions from both the ABA and state bar associations. They will also present some ethical dilemmas and possible resolutions. Marshall and Kristi will also debate some other trends in professionalism, including what attorneys should do over and above their professional ethical responsibility.

Scholarship Information

Registration Fee is $75.00. Applications are available for a limited number of scholarships to defray the registration fee. Preference will be given to practitioners with limited means and to unemployed attorneys. For registration fees over the amount of $500, attorneys who qualify will receive at least a 50% reduction in the registration fee. CLE Information

The ABA will seek 2.5 hours of CLE credit in 60-minute states including 1.0 hour of ethics credit, and 3 hours of CLE credit for this program in 50-minute states including 1.2 hours of ethics credit.
