We will discuss emerging issues presented by the COVID-driven financial crisis as businesses seek to return to a "new normal," including issues arising in connection with the CARES Act, unique challenges when negotiating workouts or seeking bankruptcy relief when confronted with a virtually complete loss of revenue and a high level of uncertainty, and the trends in the bankruptcy courts as they grapple with these challenges.
