This program will discuss the requirements and best practices for special purpose credit programs (SPCPs), which are designed and implemented by for-profit organizations to meet special social needs.  The program will include a review of the CFPB's advisory opinion addressing regulatory uncertainty regarding Regulation B, which implements the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, as it applies to certain aspects of SPCPs.
