Business Lawyer’s Ethical Guide to Interrupting Gender Bias

A panel of lively discussion to address real world ethics situations in which the many forms of bias disproportionately impact women in the dealmaking world, spanning from recruiting to career advancement, team building and professional relationships. Discussions will include candid “in the field” personal experience and current scientific studies on gender bias in the workplace. The panel will also focus on identification of solutions-oriented strategies and key action items for law firms and organizations to evaluate and implement.
