Employee Benefit Basics for Business Attorneys
April 28, 2016
This program will provide business lawyers with a high-level overview of fundamental benefits topics and issues with which they should be familiar, with deeper dives into certain key areas, such as ERISA, fiduciary duties, qualified plans, executive compensation, the Affordable Care Act, and other pertinent health and welfare items. A panel of employee benefits attorneys and professionals representing both the in-house and outside perspective will seek to offer practical advice and useful context concerning key issues and how those play out in the context of a transaction during the prepared presentation and the concluding Q&A discussion.
