The ABA will seek 29.5 hours of CLE credit, including 3.25 hours of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and 2.5 hours of Elimination of Bias/Diversity and Inclusion credit in 60-minute states, and 35.4 hours of CLE credit, including 2.5 hours of Ethics and Professional Responsibility and 1.0 Elimination of Bias/Diversity and Inclusion credit for this program in 50-minute states. Applications are available for a limited number of scholarships to defray the registration fee. Preference will be given to practitioners with limited means and to unemployed attorneys. For registration fees over the amount of $500, attorneys who qualify will receive at least a 50% reduction in the registration fee.
