Membership, Diversity and Inclusion
Mission Statement: To (i) expand Section membership to attract lawyers with an international practice and/or who practice in foreign countries and (ii) update the News of Members Update Section of the ICC Webpage. The Subcommittee works with the Council Committee on Membership and Outreach and the Section Membership Committee.
The ICC Programs Committee is responsible for (1) Assisting Committees and their international Subcommittees to ensure important international topics are addressed in CLE and non-CLE programs at the Annual, Spring, Fall and off-site meetings and Webinars by working with the Programs Committee to review program proposals and make suggestions to include or expand international content and interest; (2) Assisting in developing the "International Track" for the Section Spring and Annual Meetings by reviewing the program schedule and suggesting programs to "tag" as having international content and interest; develop an identifier and assist in featuring these programs to an international audience, coordinate with IBC to expand delivery of the track notice, (3) and working with the Section Programs Committee to: a) Find speakers for international CLE programs at the Section Spring and Annual Meetings, review the program offerings and suggest areas where international speakers could add interest, develop a panel of international speakers interested in participation to further this involvement; b) Assist in recommending diverse panel participants for programs where international content has been identified; c) Assist in scheduling discussions by assisting in identifying the international programs and overlap of international programming at those meetings, identify and recommend international themes for close proximity in time and meeting space; d) Identify reviewers for programs with international content and assist in having those reviewers trained and signed up for the track programs; e) Review the content prepared for the international track programs and suggest repurposing; f) Assist with the review and editing of the three-page summary articles for the international track programs, focus on getting these to BLT standard for inclusion to enhance international offering.

Publications and Content
Mission Statement: To (i) assist Section Committees and their international Subcommittees in developing topics to be addressed in articles, newsletters, Business Law Today, The Business Lawyer and Section publications coordination with the Council Committee on Content Strategy; (ii) coordinate peer review of international manuscripts to be published by the Section; and (iii) re: the reimagined New Business Law Today (BLT), assist in developing the 250 word foreign country law update blurbs to accommodate both topics and countries working with BLT’s Executive Editors and the country reporters to monitor developments in select countries to address the topics for the new BLT.
