Privacy and Cybersecurity in the Age of COVID

Financial institutions are subject to a myriad of cybersecurity and privacy laws. Gramm-Leach-Bliley and its privacy obligations have been around since the 1990s, but more recent changes and developments make it more difficult to be in compliance with the ever-evolving area of cybersecurity and privacy. This is especially the case as financial institutions grapple with the effects of COVID on privacy and cybersecurity matters.
