Educates and supports business lawyers in addressing executive compensation and employee benefits issues under the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA and applicable corporate, securities and employment laws, and those arising in connection with merger and acquisition transactions, insolvency counseling and bankruptcy, and litigation.
