Director and Officer Liability Committee

Is a resource for practitioners concerning the ever-expanding liability of directors, officers, and managers of corporations and alternative entities. It also monitors and reports on the law and ethical principles relating to executive protection from civil, administrative, and criminal liability. The committee monitors court decisions, governmental pronouncements and action, and statutory developments.
