Mission Statement
The mission of the Business Bankruptcy Committee is to be the preeminent resource of the ABA Business Law Section on matters related to business bankruptcy cases, corporate restructuring transactions and other insolvency situations by offering leading educational programming and publications, and initiatives for the study of bankruptcy procedure, policy and reform.
