Brave new world? Bars explore Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn

Many bars have found that the best way to meet members where they are is to develop a presence on the social media sites lawyers—and members of the public—have been using for a while. But as with any new frontier, this one comes with plenty of new questions. What if someone makes a negative comment about your bar? How much control should you have over the discussion?
