The Antitrust Source (formerly the Antitrust magazine online) is a bimonthly online journal for antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy matters sponsored by ABA Antitrust Law Section. Since 2001, the Antitrust Source has published original articles, comments, op eds., interviews, and literature and book reviews on all facets of antitrust, consumer protection, and data privacy law and economics, with a focus on timely matters of interest to practitioners. Now, The Antitrust Source continues providing ready access to current developments in the law and literature, and serving as an outlet for viewpoints along the whole spectrum of perspectives. The Antitrust Source is available to Section members at The Antitrust Source (americanbar.org).
