Since the FTC and DOJ published their proposed Merger Guidelines and the FTC issued its proposed HSR Form Rulemaking, multiple States Attorneys General and other stakeholders submitted comments in response to the proposals. This panel will discuss select comments and how the proposed changes may impact merger enforcement by State Attorneys General.
