Amid the Vodafone/Three decision and Sarah Cardell's speech about considering behavioral remedies to preserve merger efficiencies, a cross-Atlantic panel will explore the current approaches taken by the US, UK, and EU in assessing (behavioral) remedy proposals. The panel will give their perspectives on the Vodafone decision, their expectations from the new administration in the US and the new government in the UK, and the preference for behavioral remedies particularly in the digital space that has recently become regulated in the EU and UK.
