In this panel session we will focus on the intense antitrust debate around price parity restrictions and algorithmic pricing, being played out in current litigations and investigations. The panel will discuss recent cases (including Amazon, Valve and Booking.com ) and analyze breaking news in this area. The panel includes practitioners from Europe and the U.S., who will be able to compare the theories and trends on both sides of the Atlantic.
