The Price Fixing 101 panel will provide an introduction to price fixing cases with perspectives from plaintiffs, defense, DOJ, and an economist on what it’s like to actually litigate these types of cases from investigation through resolution. The panel is ideal for young attorneys and law students, as well as any attorneys looking to develop their antitrust practice.
Presented by the Antitrust Law Section's Joint Conduct and Pricing Conduct Committees.
