Pennsylvania is the only state without a state antitrust law. Pennsylvania legislators are now considering adopting HB 2012, which would give government enforcers and civil litigants state law tools currently available in other states. Is this legislation long overdue, or have stakeholders in Pennsylvania effectively adopted other tools in its absence?
