The new EU Foreign Subsidies Regime came into force on 12 July 2023, with a new mandatory notification requirement for large M&A transactions as of 12 October 2023. In this session, we will consider the scope of the new regime, transactions that may be caught, disclosure requirements, substantive deal risks and how to ensure preparedness.
