Professor Nathan Miller will summarize recent development in the economics literature on the coordinated effects of mergers, covering when divestitures and efficiencies may mitigate---or amplify---adverse competitive effects and when it can be possible to quantify harm. Professor Miller will connect these subjects to the Draft Merger Guidelines issued by the DOJ and FTC.
