Lina Khan is the Chair of the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in the United States, known for her work on antitrust law and competition policy. Appointed by President Joe Biden, Khan became the youngest person to chair the FTC in June 2021. Her tenure focuses on aggressive antitrust enforcement and scrutinizing big tech companies to promote fair competition and protect consumers.

In this session hosted by the Section's Young Lawyer Representatives, Chair Khan will discuss her background in antitrust law, experience at the FTC, and advice for younger attorneys interested in a career in antitrust and consumer protection law.
