Jay D. Owen serves as the Section Chief of the Defense, Industrials, and Aerospace Section within the U.S. Department of Justice's Antitrust Division. The Defense, Industrials, and Aerospace Section (DIA) is responsible for civil antitrust enforcement, competition advocacy, and competition policy. He has been with the DOJ Antitrust Division since graduating from George Washington University Law School in 2007.
