Calls for ex-ante antitrust regulation of digital markets continue to grow and expand to parts of the world beyond the EU and the US. Last year, we focused on the Americas (i.e., Mexico, Brazil and Canada). This program will focus on recent legislative and regulatory proposals concerning digital markets in certain jurisdictions in Asia: Australia, India, Japan, and Korea.
