Enforcement Stories Series: Lynda Marshall, DOJ Chief of International Section

The ABA Antitrust Law Section Federal Civil Enforcement Committee is launching the "Enforcement Stories" series. This series will include weekly conversations with U.S. federal enforcers, who will discuss their career paths, job duties, priorities, best practices, and provide tips for young professionals. The guest for this episode will be USDOJ Lynda Marshall, Chief of International Section.

Lynda Marshall was appointed as Chief of the International Section, Antitrust Division, U.S. Department of Justice in 2016. Lynda has previously served as Assistant Chief (2012 – 2015) and previously a Partner at Hogan Lovells. Lynda manages the development and implementation of Antitrust Division policy on international antitrust enforcement issues, including supervision of relationships with international organizations and with counterpart antitrust enforcement agencies outside the U.S. She also manages Division coordination with other U.S. government agencies involved in international trade and competition, including the National Security Staff, Department of State, Department of Treasury, Department of Commerce and the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative.
