"Consumer Protection" is a broad area of law that encompasses unfair and deceptive acts and practices including topics such as advertising, privacy, financial services, artificial intelligence, auto-renewals, consumer reviews, "junk fees," and dark patterns - just to name a few! This session introduces new practitioners to the key players regulating, enforcing, and litigating consumer matters.
