    Subject: Supplemental 2024-2025 Nominating Committee Report

    I am pleased to present the supplemental report of the 2024-2025 ABA Antitrust Law Section Nominating Committee (the “Committee”). This year’s Committee members were Trisha Grant, Laila Haider, Carla Hine, Steven Stack, and me. Ex officio members participating in the deliberations, along with you, were Renata Hesse, Melanie Aitken, and Fiona Schaeffer.

    The Committee has nominated the following members for the positions and terms described below. Pursuant to the Section’s Bylaws, these nominees will be submitted for a vote at the Section’s Business Meeting during the 2025 ABA Annual Meeting.
