    2024 Antitrust Nominating Committee Report

    I am pleased to present the report of the 2023-2024 ABA Antitrust Law Section Nominating Committee (the “Committee”). This year’s Committee members were Heather H. Brooks, Antara Dutta, Matthew Kent, Jodie Williams, and me. Ex officio members participating in the deliberations, along with you, were Thomas Zych, Sr., Steven Cernak, and Renata B. Hesse.

    The Committee has nominated the following members for the positions and terms described below. Pursuant to the Section’s Bylaws, these nominees will be submitted for a vote at the Section’s Business Meeting during the 2024 ABA Annual Meeting. 

    Officers:
