The Antitrust Law Journal (ISSN 0003-6056) is a peer-reviewed law review published three times each year by the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section as a service to its members and for the benefit of lawyers, economists, academics, and judges. The Journal publishes, among other things, original articles, comments, and essays on significant current issues of competition, consumer protection, and data privacy law.
The Journal welcomes submission of original articles not previously published elsewhere. Exclusive submission to the Journal is not required during the review process. Final publication decisions rest with the Board of Editors. Student-written submissions will not be accepted. No compensation is paid for articles. Send submissions to Executive Editor J. Robert Robertson, [email protected]. For information about submissions, the posting of draft articles on digital platforms, and other issues, please see the Journal’s resources at americanbar.org/groups/antitrust_law/resources/journal.
