The Antitrust Law Journal circulates to over 10,000 readers and is among the most cited law journals in the nation. Our aim is to maintain a platform for thought leadership in antitrust, data privacy, and consumer protection law. We welcome articles and essays from all points of view.
The Antitrust Law Journal is published three times a year. Articles submitted for possible publication in the Antitrust Law Journal are carefully reviewed by members of the Editorial Board or other peers specializing in the area or topic on which the article is based. The Journal’s Editorial Board members are volunteers with full-time legal, economic, or academic practices.
If your article is accepted, you will receive notice of such in writing from the Journal along with the ABA’s standard Publication Agreement for your signature. The Publication Agreement must be signed before we publish your article. Once an article is accepted for publication, it will go through multiple rounds of edits, with one or more members of the Editorial Board serving as a “primary editor” to work with the author and prepare the article for publication. It will also be line edited and cite checked. (For additional information on our cite checks, see our Cite-Checking Guide.) Upon the author’s approval of a final draft, the author will receive a final typeset version of their article.
