With antitrust trials set to become a new chapter in Hong Kong’s competition enforcement regime, the ABA Antitrust Section is pleased to present its Global Seminar Series focused on antitrust trials.  A terrific panel of antitrust trial lawyers will share lessons and practice tips for proving and defending antitrust violations at trial.  Developing strong themes to anchor the fact-finder to your side, focusing witness testimony (percipient and expert witnesses) on the right facts and concepts to tell a more compelling and persuasive story, and choosing the right documents from a mountain of pretrial evidence are all key factors for success at trial.  These lawyers will explain how they do it, and win.
