    Join us for a preconference visit to the champagne region.  Our first stop will be a visit with lunch to Veuve Clicquot, one of the established legends of Champagne. Founded in 1772, Veuve Clicquot is a spectacular house to visit, with its grand architecture and legacy in Champagne; a truly unforgettable foray into the area.  Following lunch, we will venture to family-owned Champagne J. de Telmont. They perpetuate family know how and work every day to maintain J. De Telmont among the most authentic Maisons de Champagne. This tour departs from the Intercontinental Paris and includes lunch.   • Evening Cooking Class @ Ritz Escoffier - 19:00 – 23:00
    Imagine having a team of culinary experts at your disposal: a baker, pastry chef, saucier and even a sommelier. At the Ritz Paris, such masters are at your service. Ecole Ritz Escoffier was designed to train future professionals as well as amateur gourmets. From technique to presentation, classes present the basics of French gastronomy in an informal setting. Please meet at the Ritz Paris for this class which includes dinner. Space is limited.

For courses costing over $500, attorneys who qualify will receive at least a 50% reduction in the course fees. This does not include any reduction in meals, lodging or travel costs associated with the course.

DE/IL Attendees: Your states require you to sign into each session.

NY Attendees: You are required by your state to sign in and out each session.

States typically decide whether a program qualifies for CLE credit in their jurisdiction 4-8 weeks after the program application is submitted.  For many live events, credit approval is not received prior to the program.
