Economics of No Poaching Agreements: Fundamentals of Antitrust Economics Series - Nov 13, 2020

Understanding basic economic principles is critical to antitrust analysis. In this series of programs, distinguished economists will teach basic economic principles and other topics related to antitrust analysis. The sessions will provide an introduction to concepts and techniques that we regularly encounter in the economic analysis of antitrust issues associated with no poaching agreements. In this session, Dr. Stephen Bronars, Partner at Edgeworth Economics, will discuss the intersection of antitrust and labor and employment issues that are important to anti-poaching cases, including the core economic principles and empirical evidence that arise in these matters.
