Apple Meets Amex - Two Sided Liability - June 15, 2020

In Amex and Apple, the Supreme Court applied antitrust law to “two-sided” platforms by raising plaintiffs’ burden of proof while extending standing to more potential plaintiffs. Yet uncertainty remains. Apple does not mention Amex despite being decided a year later. What do these cases mean for future litigation?
