On May 18, 2020 the Ninth Circuit issued its decision in Alston. The Court affirmed the district court's order enjoining the NCAA from enforcing rules that restrict education-related benefits that colleges may provide to student-athletes who play Football Bowl Subdivision football and Division I basketball. The NCAA recently petitioned for certiorari. The panelists will address the Ninth Circuit's decision, the petition, and related issues in college sports.
