Big data and algorithmic analysis have proven to be effective at identifying and selecting employees in the hiring context. This use of data, in many ways, can overcome inherent problems in the in-person evaluation of candidates. But there are concerns about use of such algorithms - do they perpetuate biases, for example. How should we address those concerns?
