Sprint/T-Mobile: Can You Hear Me Now? - September 10, 2020

In December 2019, 13 state AGs plus DC, led by CA and NY, initiated a two-week trial seeking to block the merger of T-Mobile and Sprint in U.S. District Court in New York. In February 2020, the court denied the states’ requested injunction, allowing the merger of two of the four largest mobile wireless telecom carriers to go forward. Our panelists, including trial counsel and experts, will discuss trial tactics and strategy, the role of economic experts, U.S. DOJ's remedy, and the significance of the court’s opinion.
