Join the Intellectual Property Committee!
The Intellectual Property Committee focuses on providing
useful and timely information on the intersection of
antitrust and intellectual property law, whether in the
context of civil litigation, agency enforcement, counseling
questions, or national and international policy debates.
In the course of a typical year, we offer committee
programs on topics of immediate interest, sponsor
panels at the annual Spring Meeting, and plan conferences
on broader issues of law and policy, including a
bi-annual “IP and Antitrust Conference,” co-sponsored
by the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law and
Stanford Law School. These live programs provide
cutting-edge information from some of the leading
practitioners and scholars in IP and antitrust law.
