Join the Competition Torts Committee!
Business and competition disputes involving
anticompetitive practices often cannot be effectively
pursued through traditional antitrust claims. In
such cases, business torts (such as unfair trade
practices, interference with contractual relations,
fraud and others) and civil RICO claims are often
used as adjuncts to, or in lieu of, antitrust claims. The
Competition Torts Committee focuses on competition
law inside and outside the United States beyond the
traditional antitrust statutes, and strives to provide
competition lawyers everywhere with a more complete
toolkit to better serve their clients.
